| "After attending various seminars / presentations, I decided to go with my instincts and follow Jim and his teams advice regarding Australia. Despite dire predictions and strange faces pulled when friends learned of our Investments, we proceeded and are now in the enviable position of being able to soon clear all our mortgages, including our NZ house mortgage with the gains realised upon the sale of the houses. We bought on the Central Coast for AUD$205,000 and it is listed at AUD$270,000. The Robina, Gold Coast house, the jewel in our crown, was purchased for AUD$250,000 and now exactly two years after completion, it is selling for AUD$425,000.
Although it would have been preferable to keep the houses and continue to invest as per the system that IPR advises, our personal situation changed before it was originally planned and we changed our tactics accordingly.
