Jim Burnard initially established IPR to give investors looking for opportunities overseas the option of dealing with a New Zealand company and the company has expanded to include New Zealand options when appropriate, from there.
Jim has a strong background in Accountancy, Financial Advice and Taxation Consultancy, having owned two successful Advisory Companies, in the mid 80's to 90's before selling to KPMG. Jim saw the need for a NZ based Company to provide investment property advice based on research rather than hype.
IPR subscribes to regular research information from most of the major Property Analyst Companies in New Zealand and Australia in order to provide factual information for prospective clients.
Phil Hunt joined Jim in the business several years ago and adds a strong building industry background. Phil now travels regularly around New Zealand conducting seminars and personally meeting with clients and many Financial Planners who
refer their clients to IPR. Phil is also available to speak to any interest groups about investment property.
