The following are a sample of testimonials we have received over the years.
Whilst some of the quotes are quite lengthy, we felt it important to provide the history of each client, where supplied.
Just over 3 years ago, after much soul searching and deliberation we chose to attend an Investment Property Seminar presented by the then O.E.S. We were extremely impressed by their professional approach and the advice given as why we should use Investment Property as part of our Retirement Planning.
At this time we purchased two properties on the Gold Coast and then one year ago two sections in Brisbane. One house is almost ready for tenants and the building of the other is soon to commence.
Taxation benefits have been impressive along with the capital gains.
IPR Ltd's service and commitment has been invaluable assisting us on our way to reach our goal to accumulate several properties over the next few years.

I was first involved with Investment Property Research Ltd (formerly known as Offshore Education Services) in July 2001. For quite some time I was interested in investing in property and was not sure of the best way of going about doing this.
I had gone to many other seminars before and was in a position to compare. What I found about IPR, which impressed me was :
- They provided opportunities to invest in NSW, Queensland and Auckland.
- They provided a very good information package, which was well presented.
- Did not do a hard sell.
- Did give me travel assistance in finding a property.
- When looking at a property they were encouraging clients to have a valuation done.
I eventually decided to invest in Queensland, after carefully looking at other regions.
In September 2001, we settled on a block of land in Molendinar, a suburb close to the Southport CBD in Surfers, near Giffith University. The block of land cost $116,000, we were able to construct a house for $150,000, allowing $10,000 for other costs. The total cost was about $275,000. We rent it for $340 per week. We have had it appraised recently for $340,000-$350,000.
In May 2003 I purchased a block of land in Stretton for $189,000. I am in the process of finalising plans for building. Two months ago blocks sold across the road from me for $252,000. I believe land just recently has been on the market at $290,000. I am naturally happy with my purchase.
I am in the process of purchasing a property in Springfield, Queensland.
The business of IPR has grown, however in all this boom , the staff and personnel are still, as they have always been, very approachable and prepared to give time to discuss any issues. They did not push any prospects onto me, however with hindsight had I taken up their suggestions, my portfolio would have been even better. I like their rigorous approach in analysing potential investments, by doing this and looking beyond the horizon, IPR have been able to identify prospects before they become too popular. I have been very happy with my dealing with IPR.

We are nearing completion of our first property with IPR and are looking to purchase a second one as soon as we can. We have found the people at IPR to be very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in our dealings with them. The land value alone of our property has risen by $40,000 since our purchase and we are awaiting a new valuation once the house is completed.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Jim for his help in our investment success.
My partner and I bought two properties in Australia, one in Central Coast and the other in Robina, Queensland. What a shame that we hadn't had more money to invest at the time. Luckily we were in a situation in June 2001 that saw our incomes available for use in investment rather than being tied up in mortgage repayments.
After attending various seminars / presentations, I decided to go with my instincts and follow Jim and his teams advice regarding Australia. Despite dire predictions and strange faces pulled when friends learned of our Investments, we proceeded and are now in the enviable position of being able to soon clear all our mortgages, including our NZ house mortgage with the gains realised upon the sale of the houses. We bought on the Central Coast for AUD$205,000 and it is listed at AUD$270,000. The Robina, Gold Coast house, the jewel in our crown, was purchased for AUD$250,000 and now exactly two years after completion, it is selling for AUD$425,000.
Although it would have been preferable to keep the houses and continue to invest as per the system that IPR advises, our personal situation changed before it was originally planned and we changed our tactics accordingly.
I felt that what we have gained from dealing with IPR is just not this financial gain but the constant help and support from all the team including Mark, Alannah and Vicki. As a beginner in the field of complex finance it has been so appreciated to email for help and advice which has always been given instantly. Until the sales are completed I will still be relying on Jim for help with procedures and details. I will certainly keep an eye on IPR in future and look forward to re-investing as soon as possible.

We have been very pleased with our association with IPR.
We purchased our first property in Robina which was completed in August 2002. The area is Konda Way in Rosedale Gardens and the house is an Ashley 4 bedroom home. We had it completed for a cost of AUD$251,000. We would assume it to now have a valuation of AUD$360,000, so would be looking at an increase of over AUD$100,000 in just over one year.
We were encouraged by the whole process and are at present having a second property completed in the Northlakes Development, south of Brisbane where again the land values appear to have increased significantly since our purchase.
I would endorse that IPR gives excellent advice based on careful research not hype and that the support from the company through the whole process, selecting area, buying section, building, tenanting property, etc would be impossible for me to do because of the complexity of it all. The staff have all been very professional and helpful at all times and seem to offer a very high standard of service.
We are at present considering a third purchase due to our increased equity and success to date.

Jane and I have just returned from Brisbane following the completion of our new investment property in James Josey Avenue at Springfield Lakes just South of Brisbane.
We wish to thank the wonderful staff of Investment Property Research Ltd for there ongoing help and guidance during the section purchase, council permits, planning for the house and looking after the build process through to completion.
Secondly Australasian Mortgage Services for their help in sorting the financial aspects of the purchase.
We have found both companies to be very efficient and professional and have been most impressed with the information flow throughout the build.
Our builder in Brisbane has done an outstanding job of the construction of our home and the internal and external finish of the building is to a very high standard. We were very impressed with the inspection report that was carried out on completion, with only very minor issues needing attention prior to hand over. These items were also completed in a timely manner.
Our property was tenanted on date of handover and we have also met, and are very happy with the quality of tenants selected. It is currently signed up on a 12 month contract at a very good rental.
Being our first investment property we had our reservations, but could not be happier with the ease of the process or the outcome.
We certainly look forward to further positive dealings with yourself and Investment Property Research Ltd as a company.
